[Request] [PS2] Okami (NTSC-U) [SLUS_211.15] - Disable Rice Paper Filter

Been searching for a way to remove Okami's rice paper filter on the PS2. I would assume it could be done with a cheat that assigns 0 to the value of an address which enables the filter?

I didn't find any existing cheats for removing the filter. Ay help?
