Can someone modifiy an existing Codebreaker code for me?

I would appreciate it somebody could modify this Codebreaker code from Xenosaga Episode 1 so it can be toggled on and off via joker commands. The code is the infinite item usage code, 2A9F2951 00000000. I would like to use L1+Select to enable the cheat and L2+Select to disable it.

I don't have the elf file to find the off value for address 002BCC2C, if you have the elf, open it in ps2dis and then copy the value into the question marks.
