    When a company is developing a video game, dozens of decisions large and small go into the process. Video games are complicated beasts, and one askew decision can throw a hitch into perfect plans.

    Nobody sets out to make a bad game, but bad games still get made. More alarmingly for developers, disastrous games, the kind that set a company back (and occasionally destroy them), happen as well.
