That's BSD, not Artemis. BSD modifies save data, Artemis modifies actual game code while playing which can do anything.

Artemis probably isn't fully compatible with every game yet, might not ever be. As for Ni No Kuni, that game is written in such an annoyingly half-assed confusing way I couldn't even make a reliable and good health code. It's a game I'd need to go back to and do a ton of testing to make a working health code. Then from there, I'd be able to do an exp code too since they are in the same data block.

Hey, I can't get Artemis to work with God of War 3 at all (with the default database Artemis came with). Do you have any suggestions? Infinite Health, Infinite Jump etc (normal and AoB versions) just do not work. I can see 'Attached and Wrote' come up.
Help!

I just checked it, and it has 3 constant write pointer codes, all 3 with the same note:
/*
Please activate cheat
only after the 1st saving.
Deactive cheat to ensure
some scenes are occurring.
*/
I don't know if you are using rippchen/haxxxen's fork of Artemis, but I think he had a button combo in his version to disable codes as needed too. If it does, that might solve your issue.
I would try the codes from "God Of War Chains Of Olympus BCES01277 BCUS98289 01.00" because there's always a chance they work that I cannot confirm without owning the games to do the testing myself.

Yeah, seems like the Cheat PKGs for both CoO and GoS do not work anymore on Rebug 4.84 . Tried both types. The 2 that said 4.30, and 4.xx . When I started, they gave a Error that the Game was Corrupt. So yeah, thinking should get the Disc Based Version.
Some Cheat PKGs seem to work fine. SSF2THDR, GoW2. Most others are Disc Based Cheat PKGs, and GoW3 works perfectly.
What does the AoB mean in front of a Code, and the av in front of the Version?
Is there a way of Users finding Codes?

By "package", did you download somebody else's or make your own? If you downloaded somebody else's and they have a different region or version or anything, or they say they have the same version as you but do not, many games will read the data and find incorrect matches in places triggering it to say data is corrupt when it is just a different version. With that, don't use their junk. Just try the codes in Artemis, or make your own modified eboot.bin or package or whatever.
AoB is me stealing the words "Array of Bytes" from Cheat Engine since I didn't know if there was a real official term for what that type of thing was. It's a sequence of bytes, or string of bytes, or whatever. It is for the "Search and Replace" code types that search for an exact sequence of bytes in that order, and if found, replaces them with the 2nd set of bytes that does the effect of the code.
v = version, which if there is no "av" with it in the PARAM.SFO, you can probably always ignore the version number because it can be the same for multiple updates. Some very early PS3 games only used a Version number until they started doing updates and added the application version field.
av = App or Application Version. The main one worth caring about for everyone, the one that changes with every update that seems to function like an actual update number.
tv = Target Version. Tells you which previous version of a game update that a current update is meant to be installed over. Killzones, God Of War Ascension, and various other games use this. It's not very important.
Users can find and make their own codes. I did some tutorials on it that are in my signature. That 1 link shows me 728 downloads, and it annoys me I've only seen 1 person making codes because of this. I guess 1 helper is better than none. My mediafire link only shows 7 downloads.

The Cheat PKGs were for a specific Version of God of War Games. Game the TitleID and the Version Number. Everything matched, and I take it the 4.30 and 4.xx are for FW/CFW Version Numbers. The Games by themselves worked perfectly. But when I tried starting the Games with the Cheat PKGs, it came up saying it was Corrupt.
I am #8 . Will review it later. Hopefully I can make my own Cheats, because there are some Games that dont have any, or dont have specific Cheats.

I've sent you PMs on both sites, you haven't appeared yet. At the very least I can try helping you learn how to make your own modified eboot.

Updated the database and tutorials to July 7, 2019. Added more codes, removed older archives, and added more tutorials and merged them into the archive.

Just wondering if anyone has tried the Dante's Inferno cheats?
I played the 360 version with cheats and infinite health caused that game to softlock if ever you fell in a pit, and you'd then have to reboot, load from a save that could be a long way back. Wasn't really practical to play that way. Just wondering if the PS3 version with cheats is any different?

Wow, GoW Ascension just does not fucking work with Artemis at all. No matter the game version or code version, it will hard crash on the loading screen. Heck, I don't think it works with Artemis in memory even without attaching or any codes on, as it crashed just by pressing the PS Button with Artemis loaded.

I've never played Dante's Inferno, the only way to know is for you to try it.
1. For The Darkness, there is no update. Check the PARAM.SFO file to know what you have. I use whatever that PARAM.SFO Reader tool is for details. My codes worked fine for me.
2. I don't know about vosman's cheats for Wet. I only know my stuff works because I usually test them to death from beginning to end. But I spotted something:
1 Hit Kills
0
vosman
0 0122D800 893A003B
0 0122D800 2F890001
0 0122D800 419E000C
0 0122D800 EFE10828
0 0122D800 48000008
0 0122D800 FFE00890
0 0122D800 4E800020
0 00734C74 48AF8B8D
Those are all the same addresses. I can't believe I never noticed that. This should fix that even though you'll need to manually edit the code on your end.
1 Hit Kills
0
vosman
0 0122D800 893A003B
0 0122D804 2F890001
0 0122D808 419E000C
0 0122D80C EFE10828
0 0122D810 48000008
0 0122D814 FFE00890
0 0122D818 4E800020

As for his health code, I just see it create a 1 byte value of 1 and save it somewhere. Either he found a cheat to enable, or he's giving you 1 health. You could try replacing the first line with this instead to see if there's a change:
0 0122D820 39C0007F
When I look at the 2 codes together, it looks like infinite health saves the value 1 somewhere, and the 1 hit kills code loads from that exact same spot looking for the value 1, so this could have been meant to be 1 combined code with both effects. You'd need to change the line 0 0122D804 2F89002F too if you're going to try the above thing I gave you.
3. Another game I've never played and can never really verify info because everybody over time was so scattered they just threw out a game name but not the region or version or anything, so if the wrongly labeled version works for you I wouldn't be surprised. About the only people that made sure of their version stuff was probably me, dron_3, guitarman/cagao123, and possibly medo and FBML but I can't remember. Anybody else is likely a guess on versions even though I tried grabbing a ton of eboots from cheat packages to compare their PARAM.SFO files for verification purposes.
