I just got a Gameboy Advance along with a Game Shark Pro. Since the GBA plays everything from GB to GBA games, this will really open the field of games that I can not only collect, but hack too. I checked the code archive & didn't see these posted:

    Mercenary Force - GS

    1st Character Modifier
    010?1DC3

    2nd Character Modifier
    010?15C3

    3rd Character Modifier
    010?0DC3

    4th Character Modifier
    010?05C3

NOTE: Regardless of who you choose, you'll play as whoever you specify with the values. Yen will be spent according to the character you highlight & choose. In other words, you can use the ninja by using 02 as your value only be charged 400 Yen instead 1000 when you select the servant.
    Values:
    0 - Servant
    1 - Samurai
    2 - Ninja
    3 - Monk
    4 - Mystic

Double Dragon - GB - GS

    Always have a weapon
    010230C5

NOTE: Your weapon will change depending on the weapon the enemies have. If you are facing unarmed enemies, the only move you will be able to use effectively is a jump kick, otherwise turn the code off until after you've beaten them.

I wanted to note the code found "Super Strength" (0100DAC5) in the database is actually an Enemy 1 Dies on 1st Knockdown. I found a code for the 2nd enemy.

Enemy 1 Always Has a Weapon
              0102EFC5
NOTE:You can still grab their weapon, but you have to pick it up before they get back up or else it will reappear back in their hand.

Enemy 2 Always Has a Weapon
              010228C6

              Enemy Modifier (both enemies)
              01??37C6
NOTE: Enemies will appear like normal for a split second & then they'll turn into whoever you designate them to be.

Try hacking a stage modifier and use it to have eyedol's stage load when you play as him, the game might not freeze.

A typical Gameshark code for the Gameboy or Gameboy Color is: 01??XXYY.

"01" is how the codes begin. I just started hacking these so I'm not sure if there are codes that start with anything other that "01"

"??" - is the value. This will adjust the amount an item, amount of energy, type of character, type of enemy, etc.

As for "XX" & "YY", this would be the address of a code. However, I've noticed that it's reversed. When you make incremental adjustments to the address, you'll make the adjustments to "XX".

That should give you a general idea of the format.
Hacking games is always fun because you don't know what's hidden in the game.

                            Example:

                            01??2EC4

                            C42E:??

codetype 01 is normal write to RAM
