Ridge Racer (US) NOS/Boost Code help

I was able to find the Pointer Code Address for the NOS. As it stands, all what this will do is make the Tanks remain Empty. So for those who want to test themselves.....

603F41A8 00000000
B03F41A8 00000000
00000954 00000000
D2000000 00000000

However, you MUST turn Off the Code right after the Race, or the System will Crash on you just like the Asphalt 3D Adrenaline Code.

Am trying to figure out how to make it so the Tanks are always Full.

Thanks to "dsrules" for adding the extra Lines of the Code to make it Stable. There are Issues with the normal Code, and this one though:
When you are in 1st Place, there will be a point where it will not work until you cross the Start/Finish Line, then it will work again.
Next Race, Tanks will not all be full, but just hit the NOS Button, and you are Set
