  • How To Stop Robocallers

Robocallers are a nuisance, and it seems like they're calling us with more and more frequency.

Using the same area code as you and other dastardly tricks, it seems like there's no escape from being offered another timeshare, vacation package, or home security system.

But there are some things you can do to prevent them.

They never offer me anything useful. It's either:
    1. Blah blah blah something along the lines of you've committed a crime and owe money and need to call or you're going to jail.
    2. Blah blah blah something involving your vehicle I don't care because I do not own a vehicle now nor have I ever owned a vehicle nor have I committed any crimes in vehicles so time to slam the phone.

We need a phone system that refuses to take calls with faked numbers. If somebody is annoying me, I should be a able to justifiably use hardware to run a nonstop repeated dialing of their number DDoSing them until they shut up. Scumbags are preying on elderly/foreign/other people who don't know they are being scammed, and others like me and my workplace are constantly wasting our time picking up the phone for scammers.
