I had a feeling that the founders of the Sanskrit language had developed something like this. After all, they also gave us the first-ever number larger than a googol written about ANYWHERE on Earth: Asankhyeyah, which is the name they gave to the value 10^140. (A number, which has the modern name 100 quinquadrigintillion). All other civilizations at the time barely registered numbers in the millions.
