San Francisco Rush 2049 DC code request

I downloaded San Francisco Rush 2049 for DC,I don't know if it is USA,PAL or JAP.I proved the codes that are in the AR official website and the USA version didn't do anything,and the ones for the PAL version force the game.This are the 3 codes that I have for the PAL version:
9163F7C2 inf time

9101EAC2 always place 1st

9103E8C2 starton third lap

hmmmm... does anyone here or even anywhere on the net these days 'hack' the old DreamCast system anymore? Sadly I do not think so.....DreamCast hacking sort of went out like that whole system did years ago.... and even then the hacking from codejunkies and others was nothing too impressive at all....
