Internet 'phone calls'????

ummm say, does anyone know of an 'internet' thing/program that allows you to make phone calls from the net?

I do not mean voice chat, well sorta is, but I mean like what Yahoo Messager has, or rather had til it went pay for awhile there, a messager thing where you type in the phone number and it puts you calling from the net.

Sorta an iffy thing as well as with Yahoo, I do not wanna pay for it, but I have a few ideas and wanted to see one for something fun for abit, so anyone know of a free one or so, please?

Are you on dialup? If so, there are plenty free phone-dialers.
If you are on broadband, then your chance of finding a free utility will be rather low.

Yes, I am on dail up. (I still live in the 1900's :roll: :wink: ) Now all gotta do is find one of those free thingies.... ummm really free, as I see and saw alot of 'pay ones' even old Yahoo is pay now. :shock: But anyway still looking for a free one somehow, somewhere that can be used for various err heh purposes. :P

I don't have a mic so I haven't tried it much. But I used it to dial a phone number and I got an answer. So I guess it works. I have broadband rather than dial-up but I imagine that shouldn't make any difference.

I'm a little confused on what u would it for tho. You are mute, no?

Yes, sorta an 'old' deal, I am mute and cannot really use a phone 'per-say' I do have a 'technic' phone which I hate so other then me explaining it, I rather do dislike talking about it, anyway 'technic' I mean as in some smart phone device that has a keyboard on the phone and I can type and it 'talks' what I type. I do not care for it much nor am going to use it alot either, I mean well you know we deal with the cards God gave us I do believe in alot. Only thing I really messed with my 'technic' phone over was trying to trick it by typing alot of off the wall letters and type, like 'eeeeeeeeee' and mess like that, sorta strange, it more so 80% of the time kept up with what I types, and could deciphere it alot, apparently.

In any case, I do not wish no one to think of myslef bad or well a 'female form of a jerk' but the whole deal with net phone calls was well, in a way 'if safe' to get it away from me, my phone which stays online always and that such, to make it all short, sorry but wlel people piss me off in the world, I know we all have foes, just is life, and well at time, still do in fact but not sure it is all safe now that all things in the world are 'trackible' I just wanted to call them over and over and over and over forever to just drive them nuts. (call them hang up, that sorta thing) as is again, sorry, I do just believe alot more in 'viliglaty justice then I do 'real' justice of society we all live in.

Not sure if I read it right, but are you saying u want the phone to make prank calls? That's pretty sweet. That's the reason I downloaded that thing too. I crack up at all those prank calls at Ebaulms world. I just need a mic so I can make my own.

Yes, you read it right, I want to exact some 'Justice' on a few people in the world, err some Amy vigilante justice. I know not exactly 'legal' so heh err that is why the whole 'can be tracked or not thing worries me abit.

Plus being mute well, I cannot say anything in anyway otherwise (unless with my techy phone) but ehh well, I could always play porno Mpegs or mess to bother with their heads (heck, I could play that Jingle Cats song or other mess, is that Hamster Dance mess till around? that would work. :P And keep calling them over and over and over, ehhh not a perfect world, I know, but ehh I try. :P
