    Default Zelda 3 NES Prototype?

Well, this sounds interesting. It seems nintendo started making Zelda 3 on nes, but canned it and made a SNES game instead. Then later ported it to Gameboy. Awesome stuff. I heard that one of the owners of the cart is gonna dump it. Damn, now that would be sweett to seee.

That'd be awesome if it got dumped. It's unfortunate that there's things out there like this that never got released, for one reason or another... And just sort of disapear, leaving little trace even if the game was almost completed. But, Nintendo is known for doing odd things... Like the original NES version of Mother...

Yeah. If the game does get dumped I wanna be one of the first to make codes for it.

That guy on the site says his game don't work correctly. I wonder if it would stilll be possible to dump it. He's not the one that is planning to dump it, but I think it would be a good idea to look into it. If only there were a ROM dumper willing to drive to wherever he is. I think that's how the Earthbound game got dumped. They guy who owned it allowed a ROM dumper to come over or something.

It's possible that it has had a case of bit-rot, which could've completely destroyed what's on the ROM. Or, something between the ROM chip and the connector got screwed up. From what I remember, there's people out there who could dump just about anything, as long as it's not a black blob instead of a chip...

yes hiro is pretty excited about that. You also forgot to mention that Zelda dvd's are coming to stores. Now that would be a good collection for you.

Well, it looks like this was probably nothing more than a hoax. They guy talked thruout his article on how many didn't believe his claim. Then when he finally gets it working he don't post any proof and says he will never post any. Sux, cause I actually believed the guy
