Try using Direct Connect. I've found DC games on there, but I have 56k, so I didn't download them.

I shudder to think how long it would have taken to download one of those roms on 56k. I bet Dreamcast roms are probably about 1 GB.

Dreamcast games can't get past 1 GB per disc, at least if I remember right. And most of them were ripped to be fit onto a cd, either by recompressing or removing audio/video tracks and the like.
