Default Not to sound 'rude' but it worries me ALOT....

Okay, sorry I really am but as a game player and a game enjoyer with little time to do such fun things in my life, after all gotta work and deal with all types of real life mess, really putting in a few million hours into a game these days just is a sure way to commit suicide really, by starving to death. (stay at home play games for those million of hours like most games pretty much demand these days, and heck, that is what you get.)

Anyway really sorry, but is, will PS2 'code breaker' ahcking really ever take off really, pretty please? Yes I am begging, as is one thing to really look at....

#1 ALOT of games are about to come out all over again, as with each year in the Fall, Winter seasons 'Christmas' time, a BIG time for video games. Right around the corner if no one has noticed really, we have a Mega Man X Collection (comments on that later abit) A whole other Suikoden game "Suikoden Tactics" also comments on that as well, and well a few hundred others, Wild Arms remake and all else.

I said Mega Man X Collection, and Suikoden for a reason really, because, hate to say this, but it is the 'feelings' of most player's out there, I have seen and talked to alot who feel this way. as far as 'Code breaker' the codes for Mega Man Collection a year ago, and Suikoden 4, were not very well took.

I mean do not kill the messager now, I know PS2 code hackers to us all a pure favor, but otherwise as a business as 'Pelican' is, the business kinda does not hold up sadly, like some others do, sad to say really, again do not kill the messager....

For Suikoden 4 we have Pyrial to thank for any and all those codes, and I do understand yeah that game is not really the best, I live at the beach area myself, but gahhhh I do hate being on a ship many times, and this Suikoden 4 ship time emss, is kinda what hurts the game.

Hate to say this, well, maybe will not be all that 'bad' but the Suikoden Tactics is 'said' to be around the same time and same place as Suikoden 4...the island mess again.

Next I bring up Mega Man Collection because as we all know and saw, Not too many great code were made for that game too fast and heck, even now, they are not exactly earth shattering now are they? Please again, not to be rude, but glad I got the GameCube version and 'datel' with several other hackers who made sure all games, well 'most' of them anyway had codes, Pretty much datel slapped Pelican in the face on that one a good 8 times over. What I mean is Mega Man 1 to Mega Man 8 and yes the sad compititors had 12 to 13 codes per game, when Pelican had like well one or two for the 'first few games' a sad yet real slap in the face that maybe should have woke them up a small bit?

Now Mega Man X Collection is comming out soon again so they say for PS2 and Game Cube. Will there be more 'problems' like there was with the Mega Man Collection game, more problems about how the game was 'writtened' as I read all those times on the GSCCC 'notice board' as to why there was no new codes, will the same thing happen with the new Mega Man X Collection?

Other then all that, yes I do understand how and what GM0 says, about yes indeed Gode Master does have alot of games with no codes yet, that does worry me I do admit, as is, the big season for games is about to hit and hard, a month away and alot of games I believe are and will be great will start comming out.

Again, I am sorry I do worry because all these games without codes as GM0 said, and also all the games in this forum anyway I listed requests for. I mean I understand, no hard feelings cannot get upset nor amd, and I do hope no one gets upset nor mad at me, but those 'older' games now i listed, it would be a dream come true to have those codes, 'someday' I requested. Time codes in Kingdom Hearts, and time codes in BloodRayne, both of them and the others, such as Suikoden if and with hope Pyrail gets back to it and it does not make him sick again.

Plus gosh hey Kingdom Hearts 2 is also about to come out all as well.

Again, please do not hate me, I do understand hacking is hard, heck, I cannot even do it, well not on PS2, so I do say it is hard, but just worries me and makes me wonder should I really hold on and out with it, or take my PS2 and all the games and Code Breaker at that and toss it into the ocean. Not that I am or would do that, but again, we are not kids anymore and simply do not have the time and games meant to be a joy do alot of times and can cause stress really, all the notes of time (how much life I have wasted on it when I should have been doing other things) time when I leave it on pause for days at a time because you cannot 'save' then and turing off would put you back just too much...again I am sorry so sorry about this, but please udnerstand and do not kill the messager.

Last bit, I say and worry about this, with so many new games comming out soon enough, no new codes done really on anything in a while as I seen. I visit GSCCC not much but ever so often, and not seen anything new in quite awhile sadly, none of those no code games, nor none of those I requested here for codes.... I see and saw the whole 'new';' PSP cheat code stuff, and that just again as I see it, takes away more time for codes on the PS2.

On top of that all also, PS2 is 'about dead' not for awhile anyway, but is about dead anyway, and once that happens, does all thise become like the DreamCast a system with alot of great games, but as far as codes, and code hacking, and more important code requests answered and fullfilled...it all after it died, and even for all the time before pretty much hit the brick wall always.... Much like the resident Evil Code veronica of the dreamCast days "hey wanna play that?" "Got a code breaker and some codes?" "Yeah but only full and infinite health" "so if we do play it will take us a few weeks and the time will say that and we will svae a few million times and all codes we got is to always stay alive and yet show the world and ourselfs how much life we threw away on this game?" "Yeah it is life, you are right, screw this game and these codes, maybe we can sale the mess to some kids with no life then years later they will have to work and live life so they will sale it also." "It is the sad ways of life and 'codes' by 'some' companies sadly really...."

well, we all must admit, DreamCast code never took off, and well, as for PS2 codes... as of yet, 'somewhat' but not enough, sorry again just wanna push and please to make this all more doible, as is again ALOT of games about to hit, and all the games with no codes as of yet and all the games with codes requests not only by myself but others as well, we do have hope but at times when things get this backed up--- hope at times fade.

I dont know how you can compare the 2 if they are 2 different Platforms
and Pelican didnt make a codebreaker for the GameCube and i Highly doubt they will since Gamecube doesnt have that many games.

Im not killing you just stating the Obivious.

I understand and know, no hard feelings, I have no hard feelings towards any cheat company 'really' after all, true true, we do all have to agree, the world is all about money and making it, so I do understand alot of choices made, but still otherwise alot of times.

Yes, I was comparing MegaMan Collection 'codes' from two different platforms and consoles, the GameCube and the PS2, and the codes in shear numbers, the GameCube version is tops.

Maybe 'unfair' but to me, the games look exactly the same, how different can the programming really be on each version? I mean I am not technical, and yeah I know they are different, but still really, what is really different? Nothing much other then the PS2 version has 'more' things, like remixxed music, and an anime cartoon of the Mega Man show, GameCube has some lame interview. But otherwise, I do think the game mecanics are they same.

With that, seeing as 'Pelican; has all these super computer game rippers that ripp all games apart pixel by pixel, I had to wonder why the PS2 codes never really hit close to the GameCube version codes, in numbers anyway.

Otherwise, I also threw that up because the Mega Man X Collection is also soon to be out, and I do wonder really what and if codes will be made for it. I mean again makes me wonder, should I again go for the GameCube version, being yes if they do the game the same as the first collection, just seems history 'may' repeat itself. If well a GameCube version makes it that is. Otheriwse, not to be rude again, just 'worries' me, will this game come out and all be seekign codes for it 'again' and go to GSCCC.com and see yet another 'excuse' mroe or less why all the games cannot be hacked.

Other then that, well these systems are almost dead, the PS2 is holding strong for right now, like the PSX did, but otherwise, 'interest' is and will soon be gone off the PS2 system. Even now it is that way, GSCCC is more interested in the whole PSP hacking thing, seems they forgot, or rather want to forget about the PS2 games, as you said alot has no codes at all, and the others, those with codes requested yet to be done, plus all thsoe games now due out this Christmas season, pretty much what is and will be PS2's last season of 'good' games. (After 2005, which is seemingly as far as games winding up fast even now when it is still summer, we will see 'nothing' I believe to kick the PS2 back into it's prime as we did with the last hurrah of the SNES (Chrono Trigger) after 2005, we will see thsoe poor lacked games in 2006... Debbie does Dallas in Grouchland starring Elmo, or some mess like that....

Just a fear that I have sadly seen before, after all GSCCC because of 'other reasons' but still seeming stopped any and all GSPro hacking after the PSX was considered 'dead', and they stopped really fast on that, now well you have to go 'here' or elsewhere to request a code these days.

Anyway just a fear is all, and I see really not much yet sad to admit, but I must say what I see, yes you may know that there are indeed things going on behind the scene, but to all us gammers, we see not much and the thing about as you said #1 alot of games with no codes, #2 what I said, about ALOT of games with some codes, yet they are not for real the best codes in the world, I mean alot of these games do need a rehack, time codes and such. (sorry again, but all the generic codes is not all that great these days) and #3 this year starting about now, or soon anyway ALOT of games due out for PS2's last big hurrah Christmas season.

Not sure of release dates for these 'new' systems, but the Nintendo revolution's gmaes at GameStop some are slated to be out in March of 2006, which is not far away at all, So GameCube is dead, already, but soon PS2 will follow as well, as is, and as I said, 'now' seems all the updates at GSCCC is all about cheating on the PSP, getting a cheat device out for that, Pelican and datel has to fuss and fight again.... so really the PS2 is really feeling the bite.

Again sorry no hard feelings, and if I misquoted or said somehting wrong, I do not mean to, all cna make mistakes, but as an adverage gammer girl, who is and would lvoe codes still for a while from the new PS2 games due out to ALOT of games mostly gave the generic treatment, is just what I feel sadly.

a couple things change between version, take into account, not all the info is in the same spot, if it was i could easiest port the 2. For the PS2 Code scene, it has been dead since Final Fantasy X-2 was hacked.
THE CMP was trying to ressurect it by releasing a dump code, since people complained that that they couldnt hack ps2 games cause they didnt have no way to dump the game, we gave them 2 ways! And they just didnt pick up on it. The most people i see willign to help us hack at get the dumps were People from Germany on the Ultimate Cheat Forum (Darth). CMGSCCC hasnt made alot of focus on PSP, all that was asked was people to submit there game saves to start up a dta base, cause Datel's and Madcatz's BS crap was inputting bulky logo on the games (wasting Memory Stick Space).

As for The Mega Man Collection all i have to say about Datel is.. It must be nice to rip other people's forums for codes so do them in there spare time rather then being paid. Yes if i had a company that pays me to hack codes, then yeah if i was lazy i would rip arcentral.net and gsCentral.
as for the difference, i can tryto port something over, just let me know which codes, and i'l see what i can do, mostly be the common code method.

With that, seeing as 'Pelican; has all these super computer game rippers that ripp all games apart pixel by pixel, I had to wonder why the PS2 codes never really hit close to the GameCube version codes, in numbers anyway.
Where did you get that info from?
Only thing publically know about pixel to pixel is pcsx2, and that site is being updated.

All cmgsccc just needs is more hackers... 2 or 3 like szlay, Pyriel, or skiller. IF the UK version of Codebreaker ever gets released Szalay could tackle that np.

Other then take i been offering to help people learn this stuff quickly, the more people the more codes.

I agree with you on all your points, sad that is the way life is, but yes, we all know for a fact 'datel' is all into ripping off code work of the 'home brew' hackers as they are called by Datel. A major sad point in life, but then again I have seen both saides of it really.

A whole other issue, but I have seen 'home brew' GameCube code hackers pretty much have a fit in order to get datel to 'accept' their codes and place their codes up on the 'official' CodeJunkies site. Now me, I always asked 'why', I mean if someone hacks a code, why the heck would anyone really wanna kiss the butt of datel and have their work ripped off? But some people are strange, So heck, yes Datel does have ALOT of GameCube codes, most of those ripped of, and otherwise, most all PS2 'action replay' codes I also notice are indeed the same codes ripped off from GSCCC, take them about a week to 'convert' them, but after awhile seeing codes first on GSCCC then a week later end up on codejunkies, that point is sad, yet well known.

Same thing over and over really, after all, heck I recall a interview with a 'hacker' from at the time GameShark.com promotting and 'advertising' CodeMaster as the BEST hacker ever, we are talking a hacker from GS.com now, promoting CodeMaster, this has been a good while back, but still, this 'master' hacker from GS.com promoting CodeMaster, saying 'His site' is far better then our own and we are trying to have negotiations' and make a deal.... again ahs been awhile, but as is we all know GSCCC is the best when teven the 'enemy' is saying 'hey their site is far better'.

Again I am not all 'techy' as you are and other hacker type people, all I know is, well back in the day when a game came out for a different system, I just recall the following, resident Evil 3 on the PSX then the DreamCast, I saw a long time back, 'home brew' Dream cast ahckers asking about the codes from the PSX version, seeing if they had and knew them, they could 'see' where in memory the codes were pointing and hack the same for the DreamCast version. (So they said back then.) When Resident evil 3 also came to the GameCube, alot of people asked the same thing.

I mean 'really' yes I know a game of the same name, the same game on two different systems is a whole different game really, but again, I have seen it talked abotu alot in forums of years past and all, when an older game comes to a 'new' system the whol rush about 'if' there is a code on the first system, then somehow, someway it can be converted and most times it comes to be sooner or later.

It even happened here pretty recently, as Ugetab, made PSX GSPro codes from code he hacked on the Emu of the SNES Chrono Trigger title.

Otherwise, I know Pelican is not all that up in hackers, it is sad, and we all hope someday, but I am aware of that, As for saying and well, not for sure that I know but have saw it said alot, not by CodeMaster himself, but by others at GSCCC, people alot of times would ask how do you hack codes for the PS2 system, and then people would reply, a $1000.00 PS2 system hacked and all else done to it.

Now we have CB versions that do as you said allow us to make dumps, which is good, well good as soon as I find on----

That is also a whole other issue that is rather sad, I live in an area just full of game stores and all else, video games in my area are the main thing for sale always. We have several GameStops, several babbages (same as gameStop) several EB's, several Rhino's a GameCrazy, a BuyRite, and other then all that RadioShacks (not big on games, but carry CodeBreakers oddly) BestBuys, and Wal-Marts and well all else, plus a few other 'small' mom and pop video game stores. all in all, my area has about truely 24 game stores in all.

Now that sounds good, and it is, never a new game out of reach really, but sadly, the whole cheat device thing seems to be dead, or dying...again sad bu true, I do so regret to say. There is no Code breakers of the newest versions in any of these game stores for sale, and when asked about them, these people act like they have never heard of a product called Code Breaker. Even the 'datel' Action replays are no longer for sale anywhere but 'Wal-Mart' (and also heck Wal-Mart still has the Game Shark devices from years ago.)

This is not good and regret to say and inform of it, but it is the way it is sadly, not sure why it is like this, I thought cheat devices were doing good, but from all the 'video game' type stores that say they do not carry Action replay no more, and also do not even know what a Code breaker is it seems, just kind of shocking.

So getting this new version fo CB2 which would be great and nice for all is on my to do list, just as is, first got to find the thing for sale somewhere around, and again kind of ironic, video games in my area is a big thing, but cheat devices do not seem to really be carried much more around....

Thus I agree, the more people working the more codes, and we do have some here (not counting myself again, as I said I am not at all too techy, gosh I cannot stand numbers and math, to be quite honest I have to take breaks from putting in codes even in my cheat devices, after awhile the numbers and digits does hymptise me at times.)

Otherwise, I agree the more hackers the better maybe in time, that can be done around here, as is, the way life is, we just have to wait til funds allow that, we have alot of great ahckers here who have yet to get a PS2 and CodeBreaker... with hope the CodeBreakers are not that rare out there, and within time, thugh PS2 may be 'dead' hacking codes will still go on. (After all, the PSX has been dead a long time now, and yet still great codes are being pumped out for it, as well as the gameGenie and Emu codes for genesis, NES and SNES and all else, so hacking really never dies, just as is takes awhile at times.

Again, I am not 'fussing' heh I know I do admit, I sound like I am alot of times, but really am not, as you said PS2 hacking has been pretty much 'slow' sense the FFX-2 days, and again that is all I am worried over, kinda stressful and games are not menat to bes tressful, they are meant to be fun and relieve stress. Again, just abit anious and 'worried' I do admit about this year being the 'end' of the PS2 and all these wonderful games due out, and code hacking as far as PS2 not been all that much sense the FFX-2 days as you said.

I know when a new game hits the shelfs, CodeMaster and others are always there looking for codes and ahcking them, so that is hope, just always wonder how far and how many codes will be made exactly before another new game comes out and that one has to be hacked.

I mean I know Codemaster is indeed hired by Pelican to create and make codes, and you guys are not on Pelican's payroll, yet do summit codes when you can. That is all good, but I do know and not picking on anyone, just as is each person's opinion and such, if you like a game alot you will stick to it more, if not then you will go on to something you enjoy more. (not an insult, but much like Pryial said did I spell his name right even? he got 'sick' of Suikoden 4 and stopped making codes for it, maybe get to it again someday, but I do agree with him, heck yes I wish codes for it, but the whol float aorund on a boat/ship type game is well boring alot of times.) so I do understand personal opinons and likes in games.

Heck, IF I knew how to hack PS2 codes in anyway, and had that CB version and otehr stuff that is need to do so, I cannot lie, I'd spend most of my time on the games BloodRayne and BloodRayne 2 trying to get codes for that all done.
