i think he used the Snes9X debug vrsion,i have it too but a bit confusing for me lol.u can get it at the zophars domain.

I think he might have used zsnes. I think that's what Czar had used to make some GG codes.

helders right I used the snes win tracer version that just came out not long ago to hack those GG codes...

You can make action replay codes with ZSNES. You can then convert them to game genie codes.
