Good News/ Bad news Metal Gear Solid fans

Um, some good news is I guess they are releasing Metal Gear Solid 3 for the next Nintendo System and it has added bonuses plus the original MG1 and 2. MG not MGS.

And other good news is that MGS4 for PS3 is gonna continue the story of Solid Snake. Ocelot is returning, Snake, Otocan, Meryl, maybe Coloniel Campbell.

But bad news, Raiden is returning, and so is Big Boss. Bigg Boss is supposed to be Zombie like which I think is ridiculous. It's like they think that the story has to be cheesey just cause Solid Snake has returned. I guess Raiden is supposed to look more mature this time around, and he has his HF blade again. So he may be less Jar Jar Binks (lame) like this time around.

I didn't think Raiden was that bad in MGS2... Is the versions of MG 1 & 2 going to be emulated NES versions, or are they going to be something else? I bet nobody knows yet...

everyone says raiden was not good....but i think it was.seeing snake from another view is more interesting than you think...isn it?
and i heard that with mgs3 ... well cant be helped :/ nothing heard about mgs4 so far.but thx for telling me hope the "new team" dont screw this game up.

Having Big Boss back is awesome, would make for an awesome Snake vs. Big Boss round 3 battle. As for Raiden, you grow used to him if you play MGS 2 enough, he's not as bad as people make him out to be, even if he's a bit on the whiny side.

i never really minded raiden, at first sure i was pissed, cause you couldnt play as snake, but now i really like the idea of playing "with" the main character. but i still wish that in mgs2:substance those lame snake missions were actually what he did in the main game, not just side missions.

i LOVED the teaser for mgs4 though. i laughed so hard. poor snake doesnt get a chair.

Yeah, Im not a big fan of Raiden. I loved Kojimas attempt to play with us at the beginning of MGS3 tho and try to make us thinke he brought Raiden back. I already knew the backstory for the game and knew it couldnt be Raiden as he probably wasn't even born when that game took place.

Anyone got linkage to the MGS4 video? I tried downloading it at gamespot once but it's servers were full and couldn't get it. My bro is a Raiden fan so I'm sure he woudl appreciate to see him back.

Well, I finally got a chance to watch the video. There was too much traffic b4 so I couldnt watch it. While its good Raiden looks older he still looks like he's trying to be a pretty boy. But Snake kicked his but so at least Raiden won't be the star of this one. Too bad they couldnt' of forgot about Raiden alltogether tho.
