Default Final Fantasy IX Code Help

Got this code ages ago, I *think* it's one of TruWizdom's codes, but I'll stand corrected if I am wrong on that. Suppose to give your cards FFFF for defense and attack plus all arrows , seems to have glitched, just took on Alleyway Jack as I begin the game and none of my cards had arrows. Lets see...

    Card Attack
    50006406 0000
    30083250 00FF

    Card Defense
    50006406 0000
    80083252 FFFF

If anyone remembers the codes, I'd have to dig out the document file I saved some years ago from the *other* code site that has, since, turned thier backs on the hacking community to make it elitism "Only we can hack." that drives me so crazy. So if anyone can see the mistake in the code, please point it out to me? Thanx!

Well, the best I can do, is post the code I've got in my gspro for having all cards with maximum stats/all arrows...

    Have all cards...
    50006406 0001
    8008324E FF00
    50006406 0000
    80083250 03FF
    50006406 0000
    80083252 FFFF

I hacked this particular copy of the code, but I'm not taking any credit for it, and I seriously have no idea who did the first one. The only thing I can be sure of, is that CzarDragon probably did the most comprehensive hacking of the cards, as somewhere I remember there was at one point a nice little text file explaining exactly what the values do. Or maybe I'm not remembering it right...

Either way, I know this code does what it should do. If you don't want all of the cards, you can probably change the first 2 lines to:
    50006406 0000
    3008324F 00FF
I don't know if it'll work too well though.
