PC and Artemis aren't connecting

Problem fixed somehow. I can't delete this thread.

I'm borrowing a Windows Vista laptop.

On the PC side, I went into the LAN properties into the IPv4 options and set these:
IP Address: 192.168.0.20
Mask: 255.255.0.0
Gate: 192.168.0.1

I went into the command prompt. I typed without quotes:
"ROUTE PRINT"
In that list was the address I was using before, which somehow disappeared and then reappeared about an hour ago. It was like this:
Destination: 169.254.0.0
Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0
Gate: 192.168.0.20

I put those exactly as is into the Artemis configuration file, and set them in uLaunchElf too.

I went into PS2CC options amd set the IP address to 169.254.0.0.

It's working now.
