Well, I finally tried out the Visual Boy advance Hackers edition and I have to say it's much better than the normal VBA as far as finding codes are concerned. Well, I just cranked out my first code with it so I thought I'd post it.

Rare Ghost always appears in Clock Tower B (Hold L when entering room)

For those of you that don't know, the rare ghost is a enemy that rarely pops up. But it will appears everytime you want it with this code. It is located in the room directly below the Teleport room in Clocktower b. The code needs some adjustment tho because right now you can't kill the ghost
