First things first, do me a favor and delete everything on the page for Shadow Of The Colossus codes. It is a mess and I have things nice and organized. I have been wanting to clean up my mess for a while.
I borrowed the line "E0??E264 01358290" from CMX.
I borrowed the joker "D013D85C 0000????" from Skiller.

Make sure to hit them in a spot that will cause them damage, don't shoot an arrow at their weapon or armor. Wherever the mark is on their body, they will always die from 1 arrow in that spot. I managed to kill every colossus with one arrow in hard mode, it works perfect.
Colossi 11 and 14 still need to have the armor broken off of them so you can hit them.
Colossus 12 doesn't have any easily hit weak points either, you still need to lure it up above the water a little so you can shoot an arrow at it's belly.

Add the bits together to set which colossi are still alive. Any unset bits set a colossus to "dead". Whatever colossi are set to alive, you will fight them in order. For the code to take effect correctly, save the game with the code on, and then restart the game without the codes on.

Current Colossus Modifier Version 2 Codes

Press the button combination while playing.  Don't press
them before you get to where the colossus is.  If you go to a
colossus, then leave far enough away that it's health bar
disappears, and then go back to it, it will instantly die and the
black threads won't trigger the animation sequence that ends it.
When you leave a colossus but want to go back, press the button
combination again to reset it before you go back to it.  If it already
died instantly, the same thing applies, just leave and press the
correct button combination and then go back to it to reset it.  This
is like an instant version the other current colossus modifier
codes.  They don't require saving and quitting.

I've finalized things. I tested them, and they work. The standing position modifiers were pointless to use. Replaced them with the body size modifiers. The animation speed modifier makes the standing position modifiers obsolete since you can get around much faster, and you can disable the clipping to also get through things. Added the position modifiers for when you are in the air so you can move around faster.

It only affects your appearance. It is kind of funny to mess with. If you keep subtracting you'll invert your character in a weird way. Inverting the height will cause him to look like a dog with it's but in the air and face on the ground following a scent's trail.

They are unencrypted, so they'll work with anything. The only exceptions are codes that start with "6" or "7". If they do, those only work on codebreaker version 7 or higher. I could add them to the subroutine to make them work with all cheat devices if somebody needs it though.
