Any idea how they implemented such an evil branding? I've looked at both places, but the method they're using is completely invisible. I did though copy what YouTube was doing for their icon...

I think that you have to make an 16x16 image and then convert it to ico format (or you could do it like an ico since the bigining.). Then make the name of the file favicon.ico. The file should be in the main directory (firefox this way will charge it automatically). The problem is with IE, for that browser it's needed <rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico"> in all pages.
