Opinions on gscentral?

I'm just curious how everyone here feels about the site. I know back in the early days of cmgsccc it was hated because it pretty much ripped off codes from their site. But nowdays it seems to of gone in it's own direction. It continues to update the database for older consoles. Ones that aren't even touched by cmgsccc.

Yeah; last time I dropped by GSC (a few days ago, heh), it seemed pretty nice. Relatively frequent updates, nice layout, good user base...we should leech people from their boards! Heheh. We really do need to go grab our old members with a lasso-like e-mail...and I'm just the bastard to go get the BB list and do that.

I never go there, every time I try to either the place is down, or it's moving so slow it might as well be... I'll try again now, assuming I can figure out what the url is.

Well, as with everything in life, it is good and bad at times. Good for the data base, though well alot of their work still is 'stolen'.

As for lay out and all that, all Okay and good, the only bad thing about the place is well, like the 'world' alot of freaking stupid idiots at times. Some of the mods are sad little boys with no social life (no sex) and all that mess, so they have nothing else to do but sit on GSC all day, I say some not all now, and the whole person to person thing there is just not as good as it should be really. Heck, I saw recently that even the admins hate eachother, dlong fusses about Rune, Rune fusses about dlong, and they both fuss about that other admin person. Add that with the place going down some 6 days out of the week at most, at the elast I seen it go down only 2 days a wekk, but in the world of the net going down at all is still 'alot'.

Really in my opinion, the place is all pretty much like well the real world, say a class room, or class you had in college, some people in there may be freaking idiot stupid asses, but ehhh it is life. Has good and bad points there.

That is why I like here much much more, I must say, no one here is a jerk, such as people are SOME people at GSC sadly, and the real world. :P

:P Well not so far. (Unless it is me. :P ) But heh that is well 'life' and I am sure as we get bigger, as we wish to do, sorta a double edged sword, good and bad, getting bigger is good, but well, will let some bad apples in, but ehh is life.

I'm usually really nice about stuff, and I probably give lamers too many damn chances...though a few days ago was the first time in a while I've even had to deal with one...we've been a pretty lamerless group for a while.

I prefer GSCentral over GSCCC now, since GSCentral will accept new codes for the psx. Where as GSCCC denies that they even have GameShark codes, it seems the ppl that are now in charge forgot that GSCCC means Game Shark Code Creators Club.

So yeah GSCCC back in the day.
