cheat device for ps2 allows code creation for ps1 games?

I'm looking to buy the best cheat device for ps2. which one allows me to input new ps1 codes.

Best Cheat Device for PS2 is CodeBreaker 2. However, this does not and will not allow PSX/PSOne codes. (not yet anyway, I saw it was 'asked' for further updates to CB2 but not sure that will happen. Not because it cannot, with maybe alot of work, but simply because, well the code formats for PS2 games and PSX/PSOne games are different. Again could it be done, I am not sure really, but if it is done, that is alot of work put into something not exactly 'profitible' anymore.

As in changing the CB2 to be able to accept and use PSX/PSOne codes is I believe alot more trouble then just buyin a CodeBreaker 1 or GameShark anyway.

As for what 'works' on the PS2, I still and always will as long as I can use GSPro and PSX system for PSX games, but for you and others who use the PSX games on PS2, I hear that a Game Shark CDX can use those codes corectly for the most part (no 50 type codes) and that is why I do not use nor play PSX games in a PS2 on top of the PS2 spinning wheel of death it causes for alot of PSX games. Otherwise, I think the CodeBreaker for PSX/PSOne also works in the PS2, but not sure really....

Again I got a CDX GameShark and it does work on PS2 for PSX games, but not sure on all the others, but sadly... to answer your question, no cheat device does 'both' so far, and again I do not believe they will be one, as again it would cost more of Pelican to make it then they make in profits from it, I believe.

hmmm.... well not sure, but yesterday when this new member shwoed up, I must admit I was kind of 'skeptical' I mena 'if' a real person not out to cause an issue, all good, but web sites in their sig of a 'dating service'... makes me think well 'bot' But otherwise, still curious as to why if it is indeed a bot or worst (a rune supporter) what they are still saying... what was uncalled for, or were they just doing the 'bot' thing and spamming? :shock:
