    Default PSX Chrono Trigger Requests

Okay, I know I have two threads called CT/CC requests sorta already, but they are pretty aged, and wanted them to be looked at so heck I started a whole other here.

I do believe you, well some of you have this game on PSX, yes? So am and shall make 'new' requests here please.

#1 Have all characters active, as in your party code. Not sure this would cause problems, but I think it would not really, but all characters code, so we could have say Magus fighting Magus, and have Frog and Robo and others when they 'go away' or such also?

#2 A 'peerless' code, as in battle and maybe savible? Not sure it shall be savible unless there is code ways to 'edit armor and weapon types, that I do wish but not sure is possible as was with SNES version talked about in other topic? But otherwise, maybe a code that makes your party peerless? I mean to have all things 'heal' you, no effects from chaos spells and such, to have permanant haste, protech and wall spells effects (that glowing green thing that the prism dress gives) and such. Basicaly a well 'item effect' invicible code, I know there is invicible, but I mean as far as effects, have all possitive effects on your characters and all things heal them?

#3 Any 'good' codes about cats and cat food, like have max cats and have infinite cat food always. I did think this was hacked once, but cannot find it here, nor recall really, maybe was just talked about? I know the whole cat thing is just a tidbit in the game, but still anything for that would be of interest to me really.

#4 Maybe somehting more important then the number 4, but ehhh I just remembered it, as I was thinking about it, maybe something 'hard' but a check-sum bypass code also maybe? as the saves seem to 'said to be ruined' if you try saves with Equipment mods on, yet without codes the saves work all great, so maybe indeed a check-sum bypass is also needed for this game, please, maybe.

So far that is it, but may think of others as I am doing PSX CT now getting all saves and endings right.

EDIT: Okay, sorry I did find a code that mods your party to any of the charatcers, so so far that seems to be working, I am testing and so far nothing bad happens, so that seems good enough. So far the game seems good with character mods as the game 'is' calling the first character 'Crono' even though I took him out and put Magus there, so so far seems all good.

    Default PSX Chrono Trigger Requests

Okay 'trying' to revive this as well, if anyone is still into CT and CC hacking, some codes listed above, some 'made' but other wise.

Still code wishes for the following:

    Chrono Trigger:

Peerless mode? like have haste, Magic Wall, reflect all magic of anytype heals you and mess like that?

Cats and Cat Food codes? any codes to keep cat food always max and have well 'max' cats around always?

New one, always have clones of ALL your charatcers?

New One also because this game is slow being a CD game and PSX gahhh takes forever to load a battle, anyway to make 'no random battles' and NOT make it mess up game you think?

    Chrono Cross:

I asked about this before, and 'may' be around, but cannot find it really, anyway to have a code that causes 'max damage' on enemies? I used one a long time ago, and it made max damage become 0011, because well, oddly, this game 'rotates' numbers after 9999 it goes to 0001, so anyway to make it stay at max damage despite your 'power rating' and such.

Also, messed or asked for this before as well, not sure if possible, but a way to 'edit your inante color and make it savible and stay the color you choose it to be, please?

    Chrono Trigger:

Try these codes out, and tell me if they work. They may not, as the reference codes I used were quite far from the memory locations of these, but if they do work, then I can convert pretty much any code I've made for the SNES game. (1D3ED + Save-State Address = GS Address)

    Infinite Silver Points:
    3002E052 00FF

Have All Cat-Food Based Cats(You still need to earn the first cat, or use the PoYoZo code):
    3002E053 00FF

(Infinite Silver Points) + (Have All Cat-Food Based Cats(You still need to earn the first cat, or use the PoYoZo code)):
    8002E052 FFFF

Have All PoYoZos, and First Extra Cat:
    3002E05D 00FF

    Have All Clones:
    3002E05E 00FF

    Have Maximum Cat Food:
    3002E05F 00FF

(Have All Clones) + (Have Maximum Cat Food):
    8002E05E FFFF

Enable All Portals(This opens all of the portals at 'The End of Time'):
    3002E0A6 0007

ummm Those do not seem to work.... First of all thank you for trying, and yes alot of the codes from the SNES version would be great on the PSX version as well.

Again I am not a code knowing type person as you are, but was looking and thinking, and 'maybe' this would help, or is it, there is and was a max silver points code already and it is:

    30010052 00FF
    30010236 00FF

    and your's is as follows:

    8002E052 FFFF

I mean from what it looks like they are pretty close in address, so maybe again just 'wondering if that is it' a small bit off in address?

The addition of a second code for silver points complicates matters. I wouldn't feel safe just diving into potentially random areas of memory, by adjusting the existing codes. I also don't intend to go and buy Chrono Trigger.

If you feel like testing, you can try these single-code adjustments:

    Infinite Silver Points:
    30010052 00FF

Have All Cat-Food Based Cats(You still need to earn the first cat, or use the PoYoZo code):
    30010053 00FF

(Infinite Silver Points) + (Have All Cat-Food Based Cats(You still need to earn the first cat, or use the PoYoZo code)):
    80010052 FFFF

Have All PoYoZos, and First Extra Cat:
    3001005D 00FF

    Have All Clones:
    3001005E 00FF

    Have Maximum Cat Food:
    3001005F 00FF

(Have All Clones) + (Have Maximum Cat Food):
    8001005E FFFF

Enable All Portals(This opens all of the portals at 'The End of Time'):
    300100A6 0007

Thank You Always for the code Ugetab, goodness, these were some codes he made when he first came here even.

Anyway bumping this for the same reason as other code topic, not sure if these have all been added, and also 'requesting' from Hybrid about more looking into the 'cats' code.

Ugetab did perfectly giving all cat food based cats as he said for his code, but again, I am wondering how to get the maximum of cats....I tested whole game and not seen that 'special' last purple cat yet as is now talked about at the Chrono Series sites about all being the family line as Janus's cat (both looking the same) Anyway just bumping it up for that.

Maybe that specific cat is just a rumor... Just now with your mention of it is the first time I've even heard of it.

You could be right, could in fact be perfectly right, true gamefaqs is at times a place of alot of rumors, and heck the whole Chrono story has had it's rumors ever sense Chrono Trigger. (The whole rumor mess even printed in game mags in March 1996 that 'claimed' in Chrono Trigger you could 'revive' Schala and get her back and get some other type of new ending. Yes I am serious, no April Fool's joke...it was printed in those game mags that do not do that and even they claimed it was real)

But even as, rumors and being 'unkonown' and even able to trick us has went down, the truth is so easy to find these days on the net, well in the right places.

I also said it and requested also because I also just found out about it, and well that Chrono site, well it seems legit, they have an area of bugs and glitches in the Chrono games, and heck those glitches work also, so again I would taking that believe they are legit.

I would think that because of what I just said and also well, again because getting cats with full catfood codes and such or not, does seem to go all at it's own pace in the game, very random like.

This is a new one on me as is you, as far as the 'purple' cats from Magus's cat's family line, but again seems to make sense really, but again well...blahhh all the other cat rumors as well that have all been aorund, just how many cats can their be anyway? Some said 13, some say 20 and all other numbers.... heck, with so many numbers and even with ligit story sites, heck getting these cats and otehrwise knowing if that many will ever come is as always been up in the air. (Very confussing indeed)
