Eh, it's all a mess. At least it can now be sorted out fairly easily.

Shoot, and I just hacked *EVERYTHING* last night for this game, including timers for the two race games, the 1/2 Magic toggle, the task items (Titan Mitt, Flippers, etc) , hearts, etc, etc, etc. If anyone wants it, let me know.

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!
There are *TWO* events you must turn *OFF* the codes. If you come into a chamber with a single large fairy, she will heal you, and that with Infinite HP will *LOCK* up the game unless you turn off the codes. The second, turn off the codes immediately after defeating a boss, as it will heal you and refill your magic, again, this event will *LOCK* up the game! Do *NOT* come whining to me if your game gets locked up and you have not heeded this warning! Flames and whining will be summarily deleted.

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!
    Infinite HP: 7EF36DXX

At the begining of the game use 50
When you see the first empty heart use 58 (11 total hearts)
When you see the second empty heart use 60 (12 total hearts)
When you see the third empty heart use 68 (13 total hearts)
When you see the fourth empty heart use 70 (14 total hearts)
When you see the fifth empty heart use 78 (15 total hearts)
When you see the sixth empty heart use 80 (16 total hearts)
When you see the seventh empty heart use 88 (17 total hearts)
When you see the eight empty heart use 90 (18 total hearts)
When you see the ninth empty heart use 98 (19 total hearts)
When you see the tenth empty heart use A0 (20 total hearts)

To explain. If you use A0 at the beginning of the game the hearts get all messed up. When you turn off the codes (such as when you kill off a boss) heart one is full, heart two is half full, heart three is empty, and hearts 4 to 20 is full when confuses the game immensely. But if you only add on 10 hearts (0x50) at the beginning eventually you will get hearts 11 to 20, as you add each new heart up the value to the one I tell you to and all of your hearts will remain full with no empty hearts. If you don't care if all your hearts are not full as long as you don't lose any, then don't bother, but some are sensitive to such so just keep changing the value as you add on hearts 11 to 20.

    XX: 01 - Normal Sword
    XX: 02 - Master Sword
    XX: 03 - Tempered Sword
    XX: 04 - Golden Sword

    Shield: 7EF35AXX

    XX: 01 - Regular
    XX: 02 - Red Shield
    XX: 03 - Mirror Shield

    Clothes: 7EF35BXX

    XX: 00 - Green Clothes
    XX: 01 - Blue Clothes
    XX: 02 - Red Clothes

    Pendants: 7EF374XX

    XX: 01 Red Pendant
    XX: 02 Power Pendant
    XX: 04 Courage Pendant

    Now use math.

XX: 03 (01+02) Red and Power Pendant
XX: 05 (01+04) Red and Courage Pendant
XX: 06 (02+04) Power and Courage Pendant
XX: 07 (01+02+04) Red, Power, and Courage Pendant

    Crystals: 7EF37AXX

The pattern you see in your Start menu is as such:

    * *
    * * *
    * *

So let us number the crystals as such.

    1 2
    3 4 5
    6 7

    Thus numbered:

    XX: 01 - 1
    XX: 02 - 2
    XX: 04 - 3
    XX: 08 - 4
    XX: 10 - 5
    XX: 20 - 6
    XX: 40 - 7

Add the numbers of the Crystals together, in Hex, for the various combinations. Such as Crystal 2 (0x02) and Crystal 3 (0x04) would be XX=06 , all 7 Crystals would be XX=7F .

    A Button Tasks: 7EF379XX

    XX: 02 - Swim
    XX: 04 - Run
    XX: 08 - Pull
    XX: 20 - Talk
    XX: 40 - Read
    XX: 80 - Lift

Just add, in Hex, the values together to get combinations of the various tasks, or use FF to get them all at once.

    Default Zelda codes (SNES)

Thats a pretty good list there. I think I seen somewhere that you can add a 1 to the 1/2 magic code and it will turn it to 1/4 magic. You wont see it on the meter, but it will drain your magic slower.
