How to make GB - GBC GG codes?
Is there any debugger emulator? (like FCEUD for NES)?.
And how to hack the GG codes in the rom?.

I won't explain the methods, despite your agitation at my previous explaination concerning why I won't, but the emulators mentioned are still very much capable of being used for making codes. BGB can be used to make gameboy codes of either the gameshark, or game genie variety. It's also useful when making GBS music rips.

I'd be happy to agitate you further if you insist I explain how to use the emulator.

BGB is very easy to use. Is similar to FCEUD. I created these codes for Atlantis - The Lost Empire (U) [C][!] for GBC:

Infinite Energy,
FA2-ACA-4C1

Infinite Lives,
FAC-3AE-4C1

Start with 9 Lives,
094-3EC-E66
