    Default Converting codes between regions. Possible?

    Hello. Is it possible to convert codebreaker codes from a JAP game to NTSC or PAL?

    Or is there a tool that can do that?

    yes you can its called porting you need both elfs (for ps2) to do this there's plenty of tutorials especially on CMP might be one lying round these forums somewhere aswell
