    I drew it in MSPaint, via pixel art, and added the text in Ulead Photo Express, then converted it to a Gif in Ultimate FX. ^_^

    Kinda wish I could think of another sig, but I do like that Harle in the back. :?
    I'd like to at least change the style of the text, I obviously used a Photoshop standard style text. XD
