I've heard about this happening, but nothing about Extra Features. As far as I know it's gonna be a straight port of the PSX version.

Xbox Live is retarded, and the arcade is more so... But it would be cool to get ahold of an xbox native version of that. Then again, I can just emulate it pretty well on there without resorting to buying an xbox version that would require a credit card to obtain.
