I posted this idea in the Image forum, so I'll post it here just for lazy or anyone else to see it...

Lazy have you ever thought about starting up a gshi store? we could sell shirts,shorts,etc stuff on there with artwork SharkMe did in the hangout...and hey maybe he could do the images for gshi if he wanted to and you didn't care?

I'm constantly considering starting a GSHI store, mostly because I'm impatient about waiting for over a year to have enough cash to start the GSHI up tangibly...

Ron mentioned selling videogame sound tracks, and that could be a pretty good thing...but yeah, I guess we could try some limited GSHI merchandise, although I emphasize limited strongly; not that many people would snag a GSHI t-shirt, besides staff.

Definitely an idea, though. Keep me posted on any plans to implement this kind of thing - I'm all for it if you can decide how. And I'll help out any way I can. Bleh, I'm out...I'm still at work.

Have some get hard at work at creating spyware for GSHI Merchandise. That'll help get the word out about GSHI. I'll attatch it to my mst3k video cause everyone always downloading that from me on Lime share.

Heh, I agree with Liquid, actually. It's OK to spam the hell out of the 'net with banners and blatant ad plugs, but we've gotta draw the line at some point. Though it's a decent suggestion, let's not throw adware, spyware, and the like in everyone's face, or we'll lose the support of the public, something pretty important to a place like the GSHI.

It's probably a bad thing to say, but I think a certain ammount of the public expects to get abused a bit by advertising, and if they aren't, they might be suspicous.
