The values need to be that pesky 32bit floating point decimal format.
    So these are some values.
    0 - 0
    1 - 3f800000
    2 - 40000000
    5 - 40a00000
    10 - 41200000
    100 - 42c80000
    500 - 43fa0000
    1000 - 447a0000
1000000 - 49742400 (might need this for distance walked)

I tried all the codes without a joker command with the value for 100, and all of them appeared as 100, except distance walked was 0.10Km and total time and flashlight times were 0:01:40.

Hi Bungholio, you talked elsewhere about codes that modify the behavior and/or appearance of weapons/items. Could you please post those if they are still available? Also, have you found any hidden/debug flashlight patterns? You know, like the soccer ball, smiley face, etc, but that aren't normally accessible? Thanks again for all your hard work.

The default value is "3f80". Your walking speed, running speed, and moving while your weapon is drawn speed are different speeds. It affects all 3, but they aren't all the same speed.

All Guns Have Submachinegun Rapid Fire & No Reloads (NOTE)
        20137f74 2402000b
        10137f78 00000054
It's more of a crude weapon modifier code, the shots you fire from a weapon might even do the same damage as the submachinegun, I'm not sure.
NOTE: To activate this code, pick a gun, fire a shot, and go through a door. Travis holds the pistols in a stupid looking way, but they still fire normally. The part of this code that isn't "No Reloads" saves permanently if you save your game, so when you load a game with the code off, Travis will still hold the pistols like an idiot.

        Walk Through Walls (NOTE!)
        2013617c ae000c40
        Self explanatory.
NOTE: I fell through the ground often at times when I walked into a wall. If you fall through the ground, you will die without infinite health, or else you will fall forever with infinite health on. That might have been caused by me using it at the same time with the movement speed modifier on set high, or at least it seemed a lot more frequent that way.
EDIT: Offsets "0c44" and "0c48" also allowed me to go through things. I can't seem to remember how to get this stupid code to work correctly, all I remember was that I had it set to 0. I also had some offsets below it set to 0 too, but I don't remember which ones exactly.

I also learned that a code to give you all items and weapons probably isn't possible. I used the "No Reload" code and did "sw s0, $0064(s0)". When I fired a weapon, it stored the address at s0 as the weapon's current ammo. At first I got 3665488 (0037ee50 hex) for the Target Pistol and 3665600 (0037eec0 hex) for the shotgun. Those worked at first, but I noticed very quickly the addresses kept changing. I also noticed the inventory has been made annoyingly customizable unlike all of the other Silent Hill games' inventory systems. You can probably change any item or weapon to have certain things from other items or weapons. You can change how much health a weapon has for melee weapons, how much ammo, how much 1 clip is, which item or weapon model to load along with the animations for it, and probably lots of other junk.

A nice little "Have All Items and Weapons" code isn't possible in this one with that type of inventory system.
Walk Through Walls doesn't work correctly. I didn't bother with the walk through walls thing anymore, there wasn't anything worth walking out to see. Nothing but either endless fog or darkness, along with an incredibly stupid camera. Walk into a fire hydrant, and the camera will instantly transport out a million miles away. Then you might be waiting either 5 seconds or forever for the camera to return to you once you return to normal boundaries.

Ah, well thanks for letting us know all that. I'd have turned the code on and spent days trying to figure out why it was doing things that don't normally occur with WTW codes in this series. Once I got the game back, that is. Lent it to my sister (who lives elsewhere) half a year or something ago, and haven't asked for it back yet. But those codes can produce interesting results in some games. In SH4 I found lots of fun-but-useless things in 'the room' itself, outside of the walls, like object clones and texture maps. And I had a heck of a laugh in Resident Evil Outbreak games, completing a game in just over a minute, by walking through locked doors and everything else. But I've seen the drop-off problem before, too. Like in Clock Tower 3, or some other games. Usually a code that's just for kicks and giggles.

It feels like it's been 7 years since I've seen you on any forums, you sort of vanished in the background somewhere. Always nice to see somebody returning.

Some Enemies replaced through other Enemies

I managed to replace some Enemies through Bosses or other Enemies. But rarely successful the rewrite attempts of the Commands causing mostly
to freeze the Game.My important Research-Thing and i am far away to create Codes but it reveals that something is possible regarding replacing Enemies.
