Not sure why the CMP site is giving me a 503 error today, so I'm posting it here instead. I have BCUS98107 Version 01.00, and the PARAM.SFO file doesn't have an App Version or Target Version because it's a very early PS3 game where some of them didn't have those fields. Wait. We're hacking PS3 codes? What the hell did I miss? Anyone doing this with Xbox360 yet? I might finally get a modded one this fall.

PS3's been jailbroken since January 2011 at least. You'll need the older type models and have to downgrade them to Sony's Official firmware 3.55 or have somebody online do it for you, there's wiki pages on them. I'd recommend custom firmware from rebug, and the latest version. With that you can change the target ID from normal PS3 to developer unit with the rebug toolbox I believe, and it will allow you to switch the kernel from normal to DEX. With that, you can get dnawrkshop's NetCheat and a leaked version of Sony's ProDG Debugger or use oct0xor's IDA Pro plugin to connect to the PS3 and debug it. If you're able to get a PS3 and get it downgraded or anything and need the tools let me know.

People have also done whatever it is they do with those Jtag whatever things for the Xbox360, I don't know a thing about it.
