Note 1: This codes works in both modes (1 player history & 2 players vs).
Note 2: To use this code you must first select the character in the select screen, and when the screen fades quickly enable the code.
If you are fast enough this will work. Doing this is necessary because the code has a weird problem that doesn't let you select any character when the code is enabled.
So you must select your character first and enable the code after.
This works perfectly until you have to continue. At which point, you must repeat the process.
Note 3: When using the "Player is CPU" code, if you notice that Ryo/Robert don't jumps too much and have poor AI, this is because they not are made to be CPU characters.
Note 4: The alternate color palettes are exclusively made for the 2 players versus mode, but with this code you can use it in both modes. It only doesn't work during vehicle intros, because their palettes are made to be used in 1 player history mode.
Note 5: With these codes you can make the CPU control the other player. But unfortunately you can't do the opposite...

Note 1: With this you can select the other characters of the game (not only only ryu and robert). And it works in both modes.
Note 2: If you change the character in the middle of the round, this causes glitches with the palette. But the problem goes away when you progress to the next round.

||intructions - begin one play in history mode, die, &|
in the continue screen dont touch nothing, only enable
the code & leave count reaches 0. then appears the
screen for 2 players versus.
with p1 select else char of the game (not only ryo &
robert, else char!!)
with p2 select the cpu enemy, if you die in stage 1,
you must select todo as enemy, but you can select
another for that stage if you want.
important - dont forget disable the code when you are
in the 2 players versus screen or the game crash!.
there exist another form that the p2 can control p2 as
the enemy with this code, but right now i dont remenber
how works. if someone found it, i really apreciate that
